For many years, I have wanted to utilize tuning forks with my coaching process in order to help people better access their insights. I have chosen tuning forks in the om frequency octaves for this service and integrate the 8 gateways of the InnerFortune journal for a special 8-week tune-in tuning series. Each session in the series is 80 minutes. Single sessions are also available. And I am experimenting with offering these sessions virtually.

Tuning Fork Therapy is an alternative healing method that uses sound vibrations produced by tuning forks to promote physical, emotional, and mental healing. The tuning forks are typically struck and placed on or near specific areas of the body, or they may be held in the air to create vibrational energy. These vibrations are believed to help balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, improve circulation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.
Tuning fork therapy is often used in practices like sound therapy or sound healing and is thought to align with principles of vibrational medicine, which suggests that different frequencies can have positive effects on the body’s energetic systems. It’s sometimes used to address issues like:
- Pain management
- Stress and anxiety
- Emotional blockages
- Muscle tension and stiffness
- Mental clarity and focus
Practitioners of tuning fork therapy may use different frequencies to target specific chakras or energy centers in the body. The idea is that each body part or organ resonates with its own specific frequency, and by using tuning forks at those frequencies, balance and harmony can be restored.
You can expect to feel gentle vibration for approximately 30 seconds with each tuning fork application. Some areas, particularly where you might be experiencing inflammation, may have multiple applications. If you do not wish a specific area, such as the feet, to be treated, please share this at the beginning of your session.
Wearing comfortable clothing such as leggings or thin sweat pants is recommended.
